We ask clients to plan for at least 8-12 weeks from the kick-off date till launch, but it can be less time or more depending on your individual situation.

Unfortunately not, we do not work on or improve websites that are outdated, as our focus is only on building new, or rebuilding existing sites from scratch.

We’ve developed an efficient process to ensure the success of our clients’ online presence. In order to benefit from our services, your website needs to be built and maintained on our systems – not just hosted with us but also configured so it can benefit from our full range of features and services.

All our sites are built on WordPress.

The monthly fee includes website hosting, ongoing monthly maintenance, continuous SEO efforts, regular reporting, and any requested website updates from the client. This consistent investment in the site, focusing on local area search enhancement and SEO, has proven to be the most effective strategy for boosting visibility on Google and engaging with the audience. Moreover, it offers cost-effectiveness for clients needing minor site updates as they aren’t charged by the hour for these services.

You do. It’s important that you are the registered owner of the domain so you can protect your legal ownership of the domain name – whether we register and manage it for you, or if you decide to take on this task yourself.

All our done-for-you plans work on a 12 month initial commitment contract and then move on to a rolling monthly plan. If you then decide to move hosts we can help with the migration of the site and files upon request.

Yes. We do this often for our clients who have an existing website before they sign up with us. The setup cost covers the migration of your existing website. If you have more pages than the plan you are signing up for then we will charge an additional per page fee to cover the extra time needed to implement and customise the pages.

Yes, absolutely! We will connect your existing domain name to work with your new website.

Yes! You can keep your email address the same.

Yes, stock photos are included. We use royalty free images from various free stock photography websites. If you have a particular preference for paid stock imagery then you can purchase these and forward them to us.

If you have your own photos that you’d like to use, we can use images that you provide us.

The initial setup process is labor intensive and does not afford room for refunds. But if you’re not happy with the way things are going, you can cancel your account at any time. If you wish to cancel and are still within the 12 month initial commitment period then we retain the rights to all the website and copy, so would be unable to offer any migration, the site and content would be deleted.  If however, you wish to retain the site and contents and move elsewhere then we will issue an invoice for the outstanding remainder of months left in the contract and release the site to you.
